Boom barriers

Control vehicles at your gate or car park without a guard lifting a pole. We supply and install automatic boom barriers for hospitals, schools, offices and apartments across South Kerala, opened by remote, RFID tag or card, with sensors that stop the boom closing on a vehicle.

How we deliver

  1. Survey We check the lane, traffic flow, power and where readers should go.
  2. Specify We choose the boom length and speed, and how vehicles will be identified.
  3. Prepare The foundation, conduits and power are prepared.
  4. Install The barrier, sensors and readers are installed and aligned.
  5. Configure Tags, remotes and safety sensors are set up and tested.
  6. Hand over Security staff learn daily use and the manual release.

Safety first

A boom must never come down on a car or a person. Loop detectors in the road sense a vehicle under the boom, and photocells across the lane add a second check. We test both before handover.

How vehicles get in

Remotes suit a few regular users. RFID tags on windscreens let staff and residents drive through without stopping. Card readers or ticket systems suit visitor parking. We help you choose by traffic and by who uses the gate.

Built for Kerala weather

Barriers stand outside all year. We choose units rated for rain and heat, protect cable entries, and recommend surge protection for gate equipment where lightning is common.

What affects the price

Every quote is built from your site. These are the things that change the number.

  • Boom length and opening speed
  • How many vehicles pass each day
  • RFID tags, remotes or card readers
  • Foundation and civil work

Questions we often get

What happens in a power cut?

The boom can be lifted by hand with the manual release. A battery backup keeps it working, if you choose a model that supports one.

Can it work with our access control system?

Yes, in most cases. The barrier can open from the same cards or tags your staff use at doors.

How long should the boom be?

It should match the lane width. We measure the lane and allow for traffic and turning space.

Do you do the civil work?

We prepare foundations and conduits, or coordinate with your civil contractor. We confirm which in the quote.
