How we work in shops
We work after closing time or early in the morning, so the shop floor stays open.
Counter cameras are placed to see the transaction without capturing card PINs. For jewellery and other high-value stores, we use higher-resolution cameras and longer retention, and keep the recorder in a locked rack.
