One contractor for every low-voltage system
A commercial building needs cabling to every tenant space, cameras in common areas, access control at entrances, PA, Wi-Fi in lobbies, barriers at the car park and a rack room that ties it all together.
One contractor for all of it means one programme, one set of drawings and one point of contact.
- Conduit and cable tray during construction
- Structured cabling and fibre risers to every floor
- CCTV for lobbies, corridors, car parks and the perimeter
- Access control at entrances and service areas
- PA for common areas, coordinated with the fire contractor
- Wi-Fi for lobbies and common areas
- Boom barriers and gate automation for parking
- Handover documents for the facility manager

How we work on a building site
We work to the approved drawings and the main contractor’s programme. Containment goes in at the right stage, before walls and ceilings close, so nothing has to be broken later.
We coordinate with electrical, HVAC, fire and civil teams, and extra work happens only on written instruction. At handover the facility manager gets labelled systems, test records, a completion report and a closed snag list. See how we work with builders and contractors.
Projects

Fair Saloon, Thiruvananthapuram
ELV design for a multi-storey building of about 2 lakh sq ft, then the installation. Core network and firewall, CCTV, biometric and access control, and Wi-Fi for staff and guests managed from one place.
Questions we often get
When should the ELV contractor start?
Ideally during the structure stage, so conduits go in before plastering. Starting late usually means surface trunking and broken walls.
Can you price from our drawings and BOQ?
Yes. Send them over and we reply with a clear scope and quote.
What do we hand to the building owner?
Labelled systems, test records, as-installed drawings, a completion report and a closed snag list.
