How we deliver

  1. Survey We walk the site and agree where announcements must be heard.
  2. Design We plan speakers, zones and how paging will work.
  3. Cable Speaker cables or network points are installed.
  4. Install Speakers and amplifiers, or IP speakers, are mounted and connected.
  5. Tune We set the volume in each zone so speech is clear without being harsh.
  6. Hand over Your staff learn paging and schedules. You get a zone map.

IP speakers or a traditional PA?

IP speakers connect to the network and take power from PoE switches, so each one can be controlled on its own and zones are easy to change. A traditional system uses amplifiers and speaker lines, and suits large halls and outdoor areas with long cable runs. Many sites use both.

Bells and announcements for schools

Schedule a bell for every period, play recorded announcements at set times, and page one block or the whole campus from the office. Holiday timetables switch over in a click.

Emergency announcements

Voice evacuation systems linked to fire alarms must meet fire safety rules and are approved together with the fire system. Where you need one, we work with your fire alarm contractor rather than treat it as a standard PA.

What affects the price

Every quote is built from your site. These are the things that change the number.

  • The area and number of zones
  • IP speakers or a traditional system
  • Indoor or outdoor speakers
  • Cable distances

Questions we often get

Can we page from our phones?

Yes, if you have an IP PBX. Staff dial a zone number and speak.

Can we play music in some areas only?

Yes. Each zone has its own source and volume, so the waiting area can have music while offices stay quiet.

Will outdoor speakers survive the monsoon?

We use weather-rated horn and wall speakers outdoors and seal cable entries against rain.

Can you add to our existing PA system?

Often. We check the amplifier capacity and speaker lines before adding zones.
