Who we are
This notice explains how DI-SIGN Networks, Falak Tower, Ayathil, Kollam, Kerala 691021, uses personal data collected through this website. For any question about your data, email info@disignnetworks.com.
What we collect
- Enquiry and quote forms: your name, phone number, email, company, district, the service you are interested in, details of your project, your message and any files you upload.
- Calls, WhatsApp and email: your number or address and what you send us.
- Website analytics, only if switched on: pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location (city or region), collected by Google Analytics using cookies.
- Server logs: IP address, browser and pages requested, kept by our hosting provider for security.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and plan site visits.
- To keep a record of the work we agree with you.
- To keep the website secure and stop spam.
- To understand which pages help visitors, if analytics is switched on.
We use the details you send in a form because you agree to it when you tick the consent box. You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing us. We do not use your details for marketing unless you ask us to.
Who sees it
Our team sees your enquiry. We use service providers to run the website: our hosting provider, our email service, Google Analytics if it is switched on, Cloudflare Turnstile if spam checks are switched on, and Google Maps when you choose to load the map. They process data on our behalf. We do not sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and uploaded files are deleted automatically 12 months after we receive them, unless they lead to a project. Project records are kept for as long as the law requires, for example for tax and accounts.
Your rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or erase it, withdraw your consent, and raise a complaint with us. Email info@disignnetworks.com and we will respond as soon as we can. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Cookies
The website does not need cookies to work for visitors. Analytics cookies are set only when analytics is switched on. The map and the spam check may set their own cookies when they load.

We will update this page if the way we use personal data changes, and change the date at the top.
