Email that reaches the inbox
Many small business emails land in spam because the domain’s SPF, DKIM and DMARC records are missing or wrong. We set all three, so other mail servers can check your messages really come from you, and it is harder for anyone to send fake mail in your name.
Security switched on
We turn on multi-factor sign-in for every user, keep admin accounts separate from day-to-day accounts, and set sensible rules for sharing files. These few settings stop most account takeovers.
For hospitals and clinics
For hospitals we set up shared mailboxes for departments and Teams channels for shifts, and switch on the settings that keep sensitive files inside the organisation, where your plan supports them.

Questions we often get
Will we lose any email during the move?
No. We copy existing mail before the switch, then copy anything that arrived during it. Most users only notice a new login.
Can we keep our domain name?
Yes. Your email stays as name@yourcompany.com. We only change where mail for the domain is delivered.
Which plan do we need?
If staff use Office in a browser and email, a basic plan is often enough. If they need desktop Office apps or device management, a higher plan fits better. We help you choose and mix plans.
Do you support us after setup?
Yes. We can manage users, licences and security for you, or train your team to do it.
