Access control systems

Decide who can open which door, and when, and keep a record of every entry. We install access control for hospitals, schools, offices and server rooms across South Kerala, with card, PIN, fingerprint and face readers, and locks that release safely when the fire alarm sounds.

How we deliver

  1. Survey We check each door and agree who needs access, and when.
  2. Design We choose readers, locks and controllers for each door.
  3. Cable Cables run from each door to its controller.
  4. Install Readers, locks, exit buttons and releases are fitted.
  5. Configure Users, cards, fingerprints and time schedules are set up.
  6. Test Every door is tested, including release on fire alarm.

Safe in an emergency

Doors on escape routes must open when the fire alarm sounds or the power fails. We fit locks that release safely, break-glass units beside the door and a link to the fire alarm panel, and we test them before handover.

Card, fingerprint or face?

Cards are quick and cheap but can be shared. Fingerprint and face readers tie entry to a person, which suits server rooms, pharmacies and records rooms. Many sites use cards for main doors and biometrics for sensitive rooms.

Fingerprints and face data are personal data, so we help you set who can see the records and how long they are kept.

A record of every entry

Every entry, and every refused attempt, is logged with the time. When something goes missing, you know who opened the door. The same records can feed attendance reports.

Questions we often get

What happens in a power cut?

Locks on escape doors release when power fails, so people can always leave. Controllers have backup batteries, and we agree with you which doors stay secure.

Can we use the same cards for attendance?

Yes. Entry records can be exported for attendance or payroll.

Can we add doors later?

Yes. Controllers have spare capacity, and readers can be added door by door.

How is fingerprint data stored?

Most systems store a fingerprint as a coded template, not as a picture. We limit who can view or export records, and you decide how long logs are kept.
