How we deliver
- Survey We check the gate’s weight, movement and condition.
- Specify We pick a motor rated for the gate and how often it opens.
- Repair Tracks, wheels or hinges that stick are fixed first, with your fabricator if needed.
- Install The motor, controls and safety sensors are fitted and wired.
- Set up Limits, speed and auto-close are set and remotes paired.
- Hand over You learn daily use and the manual release.
Sliding or swing?
Sliding gates need space along the wall and a level track. Swing gates need room to open and work best on flat ground. We fit the motor type to the gate you have, or advise before a new gate is made.
Safety sensors are not optional
Automatic gates are heavy. Photocells across the opening and safety edges on the gate stop or reverse it when something is in the way. We fit and test them on every installation.
Weather and power
Motors and control boxes are rated for outdoor use, and we protect them from water and surges. A battery backup keeps the gate working through short power cuts.
What affects the price
Every quote is built from your site. These are the things that change the number.
- The weight and size of the gate
- Sliding or swing
- Remotes, keypads, RFID or phone control
- Repairs the gate needs first
Sectors we serve
Where we work
We deliver gate automation across Kollam (Quilon), Thiruvananthapuram (Trivandrum), Alappuzha (Alleppey) and Pathanamthitta, from our base in Kollam.
Questions we often get
Can our existing gate be automated?
Usually, if it moves freely and is in good condition. We check it first and tell you what needs fixing.
What if the power fails?
Every motor has a manual release. A battery backup keeps it working through short power cuts.
Can we open the gate from a phone?
Yes, with a controller that supports it. Otherwise remotes, keypads or RFID tags work well.
Do you service gate motors?
Yes. Gates can be included in an annual maintenance contract.
