Smart lighting control

Stop paying for lights in empty rooms. We plan and install lighting control for offices, common areas, corridors and car parks, with occupancy sensors, daylight sensors, schedules and control from a phone.

  • Sensors
  • Schedules
  • App

What’s included

  • A survey of rooms, circuits and how each area is used
  • Occupancy sensors for washrooms, corridors, stores and meeting rooms
  • Daylight sensors that dim or switch lights near windows
  • Time schedules for car parks, signboards and outdoor lights
  • Smart switches, relays and control panels
  • Control from a phone or a wall panel
  • Coordination with your electrician on circuits and wiring
  • Settings tuned after the first week of use

How we deliver

  1. Survey We walk the building and note circuits, rooms and how they are used.
  2. Plan We decide which areas get sensors, schedules or phone control.
  3. Wire Controls are wired into circuits, with your electrician where needed.
  4. Install Sensors, switches and panels are fitted.
  5. Programme Schedules, timeouts and scenes are set.
  6. Tune After a week we adjust sensor timeouts and light levels.

Where it saves the most

Lights in washrooms, stores, corridors and car parks are often on all day for a few minutes of use. Occupancy sensors switch them on when someone enters and off a few minutes after they leave. Schedules switch outdoor lights and signboards at set times.

Simple to live with

Good lighting control goes unnoticed. People should never sit in the dark or hunt for a switch. We set timeouts and sensor positions with the people who use each space, and adjust after the first week.

Planned with your electrician

Lighting control touches your electrical circuits. We plan the wiring with your electrician or electrical contractor, so every change is safe and documented.

What affects the price

Every quote is built from your site. These are the things that change the number.

  • The number of areas and circuits
  • The types of sensor
  • Phone or central control
  • Changes your electrician needs to make

Questions we often get

How much can we save?

It depends on how long lights stay on today. Areas that are often empty, such as washrooms, stores and car parks, save the most. We can estimate it after the survey.

Can we still switch lights by hand?

Yes. Wall switches stay, and sensors and schedules work alongside them.

Does it work with LED lights?

Yes. We check that dimming controls match your LED fittings and drivers.

Is it only for new buildings?

No. Most controls fit into existing circuits with little rewiring.
